Improve the instructions for volunteers

I've seen the presentation at DevConf Brno 2017.
Wanted to contribute my voice.
However I don't see a clear way to do that.
I assume if I built this project, I will still need some values for the configs, like a server to send it to?
Is this ready to use or still a proof of concept?

@OndraZizka Unfortunately, right now we're still ironing out some bugs/features in the collection process and getting the legal framework for collection in order. When things are ready we'll post more info to this repo.
