2044: Update the geoip health check to accept any country instead of only US r=rehandalal a=mythmon Our arbitrary test IP (1.2.3.4) started returning results from Russia instead of the US recently. That's not really a problem for us. I had just hard coded the US because that is what it resolved to at the time. Fixes #2043 Co-authored-by: Michael Cooper <mythmon@gmail.com>
