After saving a web page to PDF in Chrome (v30.0.1599.101 m), any annotations made show up as "flipped" in pdfjs. However they appear correctly in Foxit and Adobe Reader XI. I have included both the original document as Chrome produced it, as well as the version after saving annotations in Foxit, and screenshots of the annotations as they appear in Reader and pdfjs. Note that annotations saved by Foxit to PDF files generally render correctly in pdfjs, only pdf files produced by Chrome seem to exhibit this behavior.

@timvandermeij Of course. Not the same files exactly, but still exhibiting same issue.

@mahelious Thank you! Interestingly, I see that the annotation has moved a bit to the right. Indeed, it's still not in the right position, but this will help us to investigate this further.

Hi
In wk_download_annotated.pdf, I noticed that the first page uses the transform(0.7624 0 0 -0.7624 0 792) then the origin is placed at the top left corner with the downward direction.
But annotation coordinates are relative to origin placed in the bottom left corner with the upward direction

Hi,

We are experiencing the same issue with rotated annotations. Any chance this issue will be fixed or does any work around exist?

Possibly related to #5946.
