New UNDESIRED_EVENT pings landed in Activity Stream. They represent the time it took for the section to get from intialized: false to initalized: true. These will send topsites_data_late_by_ms and highlights_data_late_by_ms pings on every session.

They require a dashboard (preferably separate?). It would be useful to display the version/release of activity stream along with the values in order to see what updates impacted the load time.

The data will move to session.perf. Work is tracked in mozilla/activity-stream#3688.

mozilla/activity-stream#3720 landed, late data initialization is tracked in the session.perf now.
