A lot of the URLs used in the Web site are insecure and do not use HTTPS despite being possible or being redirected later on. Even with redirects this gives room for certain attacks and often also causes one useless request to be sent.

The pull request #649 already converts some URLs. But I won’t have more time for clean-ups.
