We shouldn't use inlined CSS - it's a nightmare for version control as any change on that line will highlight as a change.

There are more 1 attribute per line CSS declarations in the file, so let us standardise on that.

Yes, absolutely. Bad habit from writing CSS that wasn't destined to get minned.
