I think the CSS definitions for ug-btn-desc and ug-btn-sm are now unused?

Good one, I had looked at userguide.css but wrongly thought those tags were used in the notation table.

This fixes Bugzilla bug 1053203.
This removes the always out of date Builds and Tests tables from the User Guide. Future equivalent data would be more suited to live upstream in TaskCluster.
Tested on OSX 10.12.6:
Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-12) (64-bit)
