To clarify, this would be changing the driver instances, right? We can make
this change. Would you want to switch to c5.xlarge instances, or is there a
reason to stick with c4.xlarge? It's fine either way, but the c5's are
slightly faster & cheaper than c4's

For moar capacity and metric stability[0], I propose we move from our current c4.large -> c4.xlarge AWS EC2 AMI instance type.
Needs discussion/approval with @jbuck
