Getting started (For developer)

1. Install dependencies

    $ bundle install --path=.bundle/gems
   

2. Migrate DB

    $ bundle exec rake db:migrate
    $ bundle exec rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV='development'
   

3. Up the application server

    $ bundle exec rails s
