Information Theory Analysis Representation
Description: These python programs use information theory measures computed using Temporal Information Partitioning Network (TIPNet) to represent the output of this analysis in two different formats. Please see the User Guide for details.
Software required: Matlab, Python, Circos Install TIPNet: https://github.com/HydroComplexity/TIPNet Run with Matlab using data of choice. Export the results to csv files and save those to the folder containing the python programs. Run the python programs and save the results. After generating the Circos files (through running the second program), run those files through Circos to generate circular plots. Contact: Maya Parker (mp4sm@virginia.edu)
