You need to get an YouTube API Key from https://console.developers.google.com/
Check this tutorial to have one : https://developers.google.com/youtube/android/player/register
After you have one, just add it to the file js/gapsi.js and replace var apiKey = 'YOUR_API_KEY' by the API Key.
bower install
Just open index.html in your browser with the same address you configured with the API Key !
