Minor corrections to new RMA Chapter

After the first reading of the RMA chapter, a few minor errors were identified. With the concurrence of the MPI Forum, these corrections are handled with this ticket rather than by resetting the clock on the RMA chapter. See #270 for the RMA chapter.

"Complex" deleted from allowed types for Compare and Swap

Allowing complex was intentional because it's a simple bitwise comparison. Thus, this ticket is superfluous.

Turns out that this was already removed from the last draft before the final vote (on 11/11/11). So this ticket is superfluous. We should have a discussion in the group if we want to bring this functionality back.
