Okay now we've changed our minds from last month and discuss issue 710 more in depth. Rolf presents a marked up PDF for PR 823. We will be doing solution B. Rolf amended and now calls this B+ in the PDF markup. Lot of discussion about clarifying text about what gets "cleaned up" with a MPI_Session_finalize call. Aurelian notes that the asymmetry between session finalize and initialize is resulting in a lots of the problems we are having.
- Howard will ask Martin Schulz to update the zoom link for the new meeting time.
