According to ISO-80000:

Most of the units library defines this quantity as a velocity (i.e. Boost.Units).

This is another example of the Vector/Scalar problem. #88 (comment)

Velocity is a vector quantity whose Magnitude is known as its Speed and whose Unit_vector gives its direction.

OK, so I am going to rename velocity to speed in the library. If someone will create a vector of speed with LA library than it should be called a velocity.
