Expected behavior of the wanted feature

This is necessary on Windows because the default display name format provided by the display-names property of mpv is \\.\DISPLAY#, which are completely useless for setting persistent profiles as the numbers can change between boots or display configurations.

This was initially requested in #11543 (comment) .
There is currently a script of display-name.lua that implements this requirement, but it requires an external program of MultiMonitorTool.exe to work. I am more looking forward to providing native support in the display-names property of mpv.

Alternative behavior of the wanted feature
