The latest 2015-01-29 Win32 build crashes with an access violation as soon as the mouse is moved over the window to show the OSC.

No issue with the 2015-01-29 Win64 build.
No issue with the 2015-01-27 Win32/Win64 builds.

There's a new build at the same URL now. Does it still crash?
