How to build CUDA hwdec on linux? #3941

Hi,

Actually, it's hardly an mpv question...

In my system official builds of mpv-0.22.0-r1 and ffmpeg-3.2.2 come with CUDA acceleration disabled, so I try to build it myself.
Does CUDA in mpv and ffmpeg require nvidia-video-sdk, or nvidia-cuda-sdk, or nvidia-cuda-toolkit, or some combination of them, or maybe just some of their header files is needed? Is this fix haasn/gentoo-conf@d3ae2eb still working?

Starting with 0.23.0 (will be released today), you won’t need anything special. No FFmpeg build options either.
