Can you please set equal sign instead of plus sign in key-bindings...

Plus-sign is shifted equal-sign. It's not handy to press, for example, ALT-shift-equal for zooming video.
Btw, alt-shift is often used for changing keyboard layout.

just change the key binding yourself or #973.
