[ewa_lanczos] no picture,blue screen only

Reproduction steps

play any video with --scale=ewa_lanczos --cscale=ewa_lanczos

Expected behavior

video to play as it did with every other release in the past

Actual behavior

no picture(blue screen only),sound is ok
Tested with spline36 and it's working OK

Can reproduce. Probably once again a SPIRV-Cross or crossc bug? @rossy

Most probably caused by spirv-tools. Maybe commit KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools@7c38fee trigger the bug

It's this commit specifically that's causing this.: KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools@cf37ab7 building it with the one before works fine.

EDIT: Seems they removed the check again (for now): KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools#2193 -> KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Tools@a719fc1

Seems so, yes they removed the check as noted in my previous comment, this can probably be closed then.
