Initial release

Initial functionality:

• script rgb2.py can recognize and convert RGB colors to match any color palette consisting of three colors.
• makes white appear transparent in png format.
• removes random stray pixels that sometimes plague my scans
• can save custom palettes for later use.

Next,

• bug fixes as they arrive.
• might add filters if Gimping becomes exhausting.
