HDMI no longer works on cold boot before OS load on BDW. #29

After the removal of the VBIOS, HDMI no longer works before OS load on BDW (C740 tested).

Display notes connection but no signal.

Warm reboot or hibernation from a working OS seems to fix this.

Appears to be C740-specific or specific to my setup. Fixed by warm reboot or reboot at firmware menu. MrChromebox cannot duplicate on Lulu. Minor and closed.
