Version00.03

This version represents the status of the code corresponding to the calibration call. I will not make some more updates and add additional functionality in the next section to better compare with previous IC79 results.

Version00.02

This release represents a work in progress. I now have a better handle on how to structure my code directory to more easily turn things on and off as well as do it in a way to keep the code clean. I will update and remove many pieces of code that are found in this release. The idea is to re-structure and clean.
