Add FSL gpu container for CUDA-accelerated DTI workflows.

  • Create Dockerfile
  • Singularity build
  • Create shell script to take QSIPrep preprocessed derivatives and run FSL tractography
  • Edit shell script to use 3T data (accept any or no acq labels for fMRIPrep preproc images)
  • Document tests with 3T data
  • Add to pipeline as option/sub-pipeline
  • Add install to docs
  • Add usage to docs
