Call decomposition = require "decomposition"
and then any of the following:

decomposition.pca(x), -
decomposition.lda(x, y), -
decomposition.lpp(x), -
decomposition.npp(x), -
decomposition.fastica(x).
Alternativly, you can use iTorch notebook and open decomposition.ipynb.
