In the past you couldn't pass more than on skip option. With this change you could pass options like this:

                skip:'objectName=dirPath,absolutePath=bin',
                skip2:'objectName=filePath,absolutePath=Web\.Config',

Added support for iis-vsts, because deploying it also need some iis magic. TODO: think about getting iis-vsts on a separate grunt-plugin
