Issues between portait and landscape mode

Hi,

Nice script but I do have an issue probably a bug?

When you look at it via portrait mode the menu function flawlessly. However, rotate the phone to landscape without refreshing the webpage. The class="active" get's removed. Same thing in reverse where you load the page in landscape mode it works great but then rotate the phone to portrait again the class="active" is removed.
