  • Rename flt-mover to convert-all-flts. "FLT mover" was a crappy
    name to start with, and the new name conveys its main purpose now that
    you don't need it running in the background to stop BMS from its pokey
    ways.

  • convert-all-flts: Always base VHS name on the FLT's creation time.

  • flt2vhs: Be more careful not to overwrite files with corrupted junk.

  • Minor other improvements, e.g., nicer error printing.
