pdf2html

pdf2html simple webservice, it uses subprocess, BeautifulSoup, regex and flask.
example usage: after running as flask webservice, "localhost:5000/pdf2html?path=/home/user/test.pdf"
it creates new html file with same name in the same directory
it removes background color(gray bcolor problem) and images
