need help for RTSP starting

Hello, I'm trying to make my own page to share baby-cam stream with my parents... and I'm a new to this work... please help me

Q: RTSP is not stated with docker starting.

• is there any way to start rtsp streaming with docker startup? Currently, streaming seems to start when the client sends a request as below log.

This should keep maintain the connection to the cameras as long as the bridge is up:

- ON_DEMAND=False

FYI, it looks like the camera is connecting over P2P/internet (camera on a different network?) so it will consume bandwidth even when the stream is not being accessed if ON_DEMAND is set to false.
