Update README with this info:

Currently, the following Unicode to keycode mappings are hardcoded:

←: LEFT
↑: UP
→: RIGHT
↓: DOWN
⇱: HOME
⇲: END
⇐: SHIFT LEFT
⇑: SHIFT UP
⇒: SHIFT RIGHT
⇓: SHIFT DOWN
⇤: CTRL+SHIFT+I
⇥: CTRL+I
