Use Transfer learning to create a Deep learning model using Tensorflow that is able to classify 101 different classes of food types
Transfer Learning is a type of machine learning problem that used the knowledge gained while solving one problem and using it to solve another related problem.
In this project we made use of EfficientNetB0 CNN model that is already trained using the ImageNet dataset. We also make use of another method called Fine Tuning to tune our efficientNet model in order to try to improve our model to predict the food types more accurately.
The model is able to predict the below given 101 classes of food :
