The TempData folder is used by the application for temporary work, e.g. compressing files before upload. While the application will usually clean up after itself, if an error occurs, this folder may leave orphaned files that never get cleaned up.

This issue is to add a worker that cleans up any data left over in the TempData folder whenever the application boots up.
