Simple URL uploader bot for Telegram - Based on MadelineProto You can use with 2 methods:
1-) Deploy it and run http://{yourappname}.herokuapp.com/fileassistantbot.php
2-)Write your App ID/Hash and Bot Token.
3-) Enable Dynos.
