Missing instructions for libpcap and libpcap-dev

libpcap was easy to find and install but I can't libpcap-dev, this causes npm install cap to fail on node-gyp.
Can you please add some instructions or links to stable versions of libpcap-dev, I only found versions that failed installation.

Library worked great on Windows, can't wait to run a proper server with it!

Both package names will vary depending on what distribution you're using. Would making "libpcap-dev" more generic like "and development headers" work better?

Not really sure what that means "and development headers"....
I'm having trouble fining libcap-dev for centOS. Instead of libcap-dev I only find libcap-devel.
Is that the same?
