I am doing https://turing.ml/dev/tutorials/10-bayesiandiffeq/

I didn't to any data augmentation yet, just doing conjugate step and a point estimate for the dispersion
in iteratively. There is so enough data that it essentially convergence after 3 steps, the bias from not doing data augmentation seems small.
