Currently deployment to npm.com is performed after a master push in Travis.

After this change:

Deployment should be performed after a tag is created (via github release)
Package version is taken from tag name

This follows instructions from https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/deployment/npm/#What-to-release.  In theory, it should deploy any new tags on mserranom/bbrun#master to npm.  This is in response to mserranom#14.
