The
MSGPACK_ENABLE_CXXoption still exists, but it doesn't appear to be doing anything -- changing the install phase for headers to pull from the list ofmsgpackc_HEADERSinstead of simply recursively installing the include directory allows us to disable installation of the CXX library.
