Test button for "Date last modified" shows wrong results

When adding a rule for a folder which hasn't been modified recently, after choosing "Date last modified", "is in the last", "10", "seconds" and pressing Test I get a popup with information "This rule matches the following file(s):" and a list with all files from the folder. None of the files in the chosen folder have been recently modified so the file list should be empty.
