Past clock insertion helpers

Helpers to insert past clocks. At the moment there are two helpers: one function to call manually to make insertion of past clocks easier and another helper is a hook function that runs automatically upon setting appointments (i.e. headlines with time specifications) as done.

Why clock appointments?

There is no setting that adds appointments to the clock reports and I don’t think you need one. With this package you can don’t bother with starting and ending clocks, instead just mark appointments as done and eventually the time will be added to the clock report. If appointment took a bit more or less time, fix its time before marking entry as done.
