server time set does not return a command prompt

I went to use the time set command: msm minecraft time set 0600; the script did not return to the command promt. I needed to hit cntrl-z.

I updated the msm.conf from issue #68 and the commands work now. There are a lot of changes in the msm.conf file.

Is there a way to get the version of the server that is running? If there is then a if/else could be used or 2 config files depending on the version of minecraft you are the admin of.

Hi @kjkazinski your doing the right thing for the moment, and thanks @PaulRitzkat for linking that issue.
