Added ability to modify server properties using "msm $servername config property value". Also added tab completion for said command.
Command will tell user to shutdown the server if it is running and tell them to restart once they are done
Added 'DEFAULT_SERVER_CONF="server.properties"' to the msm conf, unsure if correct or not, but necessary for tab completion.

I changed the process of the msm <server> config command this time to always update or insert the value specified. Then afterwards, if the server is running, the user is reminded that the server may need to be restarted in order for the changes to take effect.
