The N-terminal modification n[43] in TPP terms is actually acetylation not carbamylation. The chemical formula has to be changed correspondingly

Acetylation is http://www.unimod.org/modifications_view.php?editid1=1 with a weight of 42 while Carbamyl has a weight of 43 http://www.unimod.org/modifications_view.php?editid1=5 - it is also my understanding that the tpp would write the first one as n[+42] or n[43] while the UniMod 5 would be n[+43] or n[44] if I understand the format correctly.
