progress to a new stage of development.  Small API changes will be at 0.2.1.0,
and major API changes are going to await 0.3.0.0.

At this point I consider the library release-ready, minus tests...so I'm going
to wait to write tests and pump out some more exaple projects before making
the big party.  Will probably be uploading a 0.2 to hackage for people to
begin making projects...not 100% sure yet.
