v0.8.0_Last_PG_12_Compatilbility

This is the last tag that can be used to import snapshots created with Postgres 12.17.

As per this problem: msupply-foundation/conforma-server#1090 (comment)

Docker build created: build-v0.8.0_LAST_PG-12_BUILD-MUST_KEEP_2024-05-22_4fba92

To import snapshot to a system running a newer version, the snapshot must be imported into this version, with Postgres 12.17 running. Then re-export it and it will be able to be imported into later versions.
