Trying to edit a patient takes you back to the patient searching opening screen

Describe the bug

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Vaccinations
2. Search for a patient. Select that patient
3. Click on a field to edit it
4. See error. We are taken back to the search window

Expected behaviour

Should be able to edit a patient.

Hi @alainsussol I cannot recreate this issue in new release version 8.6.6. Looks like its been fixed. Thanks for testing.
