please add a release to announce the move of release downloads to the git-for-windows repo

I was subscribed the to the release RSS feed here:

Since those just stopped in March i never noticed that anything had changed until tortoisegit alerted me to the fact of the new repo being a thing.

Can you please add a dummy release pointing people using the RSS feed towards the following feed?

Do you mean "has been patched, but not yet released"?

https://github.com/msysgit/git/releases.atom still contains no entry denoting any change, and merely changing the url on a website will not change the url people put into their rss readers.
