Pharmacokinetic Multi-Compartment Modeling
The multi-compartment pharmacokinetic model of drug metabolism in the mouse to separate host and microbial contributions to systemic metabolite (contains 7 main compartments).
In v2.0, extended model with a liver compartment is added to model enterohepatic circulation of drug and metabolites. Three drug metabolites in total are modeled.
Version v2.1 is compatible with earlier MatLab versions (2016).
Requirements: MatLab SimBiologyToolbox (preferrably 2017b and higher).
