Suggestion to include machines from h-v-smacker/technic

Blockhead: hi so.. h-v-smacker on GitHub maintains a technic fork https://github.com/h-v-smacker/technic that includes some cool things I enjoy over on another server: the LV sawmill, which doubles the number of planks made out of trees, and the MV thresher, which yields more from farmed crops

• MV thresher
• also the lawn trimmer (trims tall grass and flowers)

I do not have any idea what those do but could take a look, maybe test if including those would be simple and then decide.

However I think it would probably be better to create separate mod for both machines instead of including into technic and adding configuration to enable.

Possibly being implemented in another mod this issue could be elsewhere but I do see this also as a good way to check if mt-mods technic API is usable and therefore good to have issue here.
