Please use ASCII subtract for loyalty costs

Problem: all planeswalker abilities with negative loyalty costs use a weird dash that is not rendered by some/many fonts.

Solution: Please use ASCII subtract symbol for loyalty costs that every font can display.

rule 107.7. does use ASCII - for negative loyalty, so i think this is a gatherer bug

the character on gatherer is − (U+2212 MINUS SIGN)

Scryfall seems to be using the correct one, so this is closed as fixed in v4
