GitHub - mth75/retropie-demomode: The demo mode starts and switches to a new random game after a minute unless controller or keyboard input is detected. The demo mode is a great way to discover new games in large collections. This version is based on the NoGUI version: https://github.com/comac2k/NoGui. Debugged, stripped the volume function and converted for python3 usage.

copy:

rungames.py to /usr/share/pyshared
demomode.sh to /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu
demomode.png to /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu/icons
and copy the content of the gamelist.xml to the existing gamelist.xml in /home/pi/RetroPie/retropiemenu
